Scientists Kill Mice with Dance Music

The study by Cambridge University examined how loud music strengthens the harmful effects of methamphetamine, the drug commonly known as speed.
Wait a minute - it was the music that strengthened the effect!? It wasn’t the dancing (and presumed increased metabolic rate) or the possible dehydration or even the psychological effect of being at a rave with a thousand other like-minded hedonists? Not that I’m doubting music can have an effect, of course, just that there are perhaps other variables.
