PS7 Getting Closer
Adobe unveils Photoshop 7.0 for Mac OS X
Adobe Systems Inc. today will unveil one of the most important applications for Apple’s newest operating system. The business world was able to hop on board the OS X bandwagon last November when Microsoft released Office v. X, but now the creative community can soon join the converts with the announcement of Photoshop 7.0.
I’m curious to know about support in OS X for third-party plug-ins. I believe the earlier beta versions wouldn’t run ones that weren’t carbonized (which, of course, none were). Adobe said they were going to ensure that PS7 runs third-party plug-ins, although their website doesn’t confirm or deny (typically).
