CD Session Burner by James Sentman does one handy little thing and does it well; it burns multiple sessions to CD-R disks.
“Jaguar,” the next OS X release, is supposed to have this built in, but then Jaguar’s not shipping yet. CD Session Burner is, and you can use it to make incremental backups to CD-R today. The free beta 2 release is a 980k download.
