The control wheel on my old second-hand T2 broke. I took the camera into the Kyocera service centre and they fixed it – 2 weeks ahead of the schedule they originally gave me (and pretty darned cheaply, too). That would have been plenty good enough, but they also replaced the screws on the bottom of the body which had corroded slightly and cleaned it so it looks like new (I’m a bit of a grubby photographer). They also seem to have gone to work on the lens (I’m not at all grubby with lenses but this thing is shining like the Hope diamond now).
