I can’t believe how easy it is to set up the search in MT 2.5. Just got to finish up the comment search template and everything will be done – not that there’s a whole lot to do. Movable Type grows daily in my estimation.

I upgraded to MT 2.5 this afternoon (took about 10 minutes) and then moved to MySQL (took about 15). The new arrangements are definitely faster than before which is always a nice benefit. Using phpMyAdmin to peer into the database.

I don’t want to jinx myself, but nothing went wrong today. Now would be a good time to hit the sack.

Over on the test blog the comments system has busted for some reason. This is a test on the live site because both are using the same installation of MT.
