I am a principal in Kansas. I have about $25,000 in my Pubilc Retirement system. I just took a job in Florida. I can roll that money, tax free into an IRA. I have alot of outstanding credit card debt. Can I roll that money into an IRA and then borrow against it to pay off my credit cards? Thanks Chris
