Ballroom Bra

Talking to a friend the other night about a certain blues musician from the ’30s, I said that he’d once killed a man in a ballroom bra.

Is that related to the "device" Seinfeld's Kramer invented called the "Manzere" (or bro), a bra for men?? -g

Hmmm … it's related to something — must remember to ask my analyst.
I've only ever seen a handful of Seinfeld episodes (and I don't think I've seen any of the ones that you hear getting quoted all the time). Geography mostly kept Seinfeld from me (I'm not even sure if it was shown here or not, but it must have been). Vast areas of my popular culture lobes are stunted.

Now stop that right now. Jerry Seinfeld made an appearance at the Albany NY Apple store yesterday. How bizarre was that? I wasn't working but apparently it made quite a stir and local media showed up (after he was long gone).
I don't know if he was wearing a bro or not…..

Was he wearing an 18 hour bra?

You havea spoonerism on your hands my friend!
I've said, "flack of sour", and a "toin coss".
But Reverend Spooner puts us all to shame.
"The Lord is thy shoving leopard," Officiating at a wedding, he prompted a hesitant bridegroom, "Son, it is now kisstomary to cuss the bride." And to a stranger seated in the wrong place: "I believe you're occupewing my pie. May I sew you to another sheet?"
