Smoking Kills

So cigarettes go up ¥20 here today and coincidentally a friend sends me e-mail just now and here’s his sig quote:
Smoking kills. If you’re killed, you’ve lost a very important part of your life.
— Brooke Shields, during an interview to become spokesperson for federal anti smoking campaign.
What a classic.

On the link provided, it says the most expensive pack of cigarettes is ¥300. (Which is about $3.40 Canadian). In Canada, specifically Saskatchewan where I live, packs range from $11.00 (¥970) to $12.00 (¥1060). Smokers here seem to be really taking a hit.

Though I’ve been Quit for about four months now I think I’d gladly pick a few up to spend a few hours the feet of such a witty and humbling vixen as Brooke Shields. Remember Blue Lagoon?

Can you buy cigarrettes online and get them shipped internationally? is it cheaper that way?

Smoking near children is child abuse. Smokers who do so are child abusers.
