A few things I found jotted in my current notebook that I’ll probably never get around to doing.
- A prêt-à-porter advertising agency
- Medicine: an opera. Libretto from The Physicians’ Desk Reference
- Shirley and Mikey — short story about a family’s two African land tortoises who completely denude the suburban garden, stripping it bare up to knee height (the furthest their necks can stretch) and then, sensing impending biological doom, are overcome for a solid week with comical reproductive urges before falling into a dormancy from which they can only be resuscitated by being buried in mud

It is. Getting an opera out of it is presenting some challenges.
To be honest, I may just give up on the whole thing because it’s taking time away from a conceptual dance piece I want to do based on the Firth of Forth bridge.
