Roppongi Hills from Aoyama Cemetery

Not a sunset that caused this building to really glow, unfortunately, but you take what you’re given with sunsets. Aoyama Cemetery, by the way, is a charming place from which to observe them as you reflect on the happy thought that you have a considerably better chance of seeing the next one than most of those around you.

It is now one of my life goals to one day enter that building. I will stand on the top floor, looking out upon all the lesser buildings, and I’ll laugh and proclaim my dominance over their pathetic non-futuristicness. Then I’ll probably head over to the Apple Store. Do they change iPod batteries on site?

I read about your evening walk at Aoyama Cemetary a few days ago and since other people had mentioned its beauty as well, I decided to go tonight and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Thank you!

Sven —- You got a better sunset tonight than I had! Good timing. I hope you enjoyed the cemetery as much as I did. I’m not trying to sound creepy, but I’m a big fan of cemeteries.
dowingba — Sorry not to reply to your question sooner. I still can’y give you an answer, but I’d say that they wouldn’t replace an iPod battery on-site. I could be wrong.
