Been meaning to post another Indian ring-neck picture. This is one I found a week or so ago eating an orange someone had left out on a feeder.

Isn’t it too cold for birds to come out in Japan?
There’s still snow in Washington DC, so there aren’t many birds to be seen in Chicago.
What’s the temperature in Japan? Is it spring yet?

Wow that’s a really great shot of that one standing there eating. (the flying one is pretty dang good too).
He really looks like kind of the Godfather of the Tokyo bird underground, the way he just sits there so confidently and eats his orange, daring anyone to come take it from him.
I guess that would mean that the crows are the thugs, and that parakeets are really in control.

I am going to pick up my two parakeets tomorrow and they look just like that! Yay Me! I’m so proud and I can’t wait!
