It’s been very nice to take a bit of a break lately and socialise and get a little drunk and eat delicious food and spend time with some very charming people. Spent a couple of lovely evenings out this week, a welcome break in a monotonous string of late nights working.
Apparently, though, my mango and yuzu guacamole needs more citrus! Well…! This is coming from someone who knows, however, so I guess it’s back to the drawing board. And there I was thinking I almost had it.

Someone else who knows thinks it was just right, so don’t put too much stock in the critics. Note only that it was eaten up with gusto.
