Guilloche

It seems the word “guilloche” has almost as many permutations as the thing it describes, the ‘e’ being sometimes accented and sometimes not, and the pronunciation varying accordingly although not necessarily in correspondence with the spelling. The Shorter OED gives no accent and an “—oche” that sounds like “galosh.”

Everything in my world relates to food in some way or another, so I think guilloche ought to rhyme with brioche.
