They seem like insignificant stories to me. I guess they’re the top 25 if you’re a liberal?

I guess loss of civil rights, joing of church and state, social injustice, murder, censorship and being drafted are of no concern the the average conservative, Jason. This is precisely why we must replace the current US Administration! Register to vote!! Your vote counts.

Kerry is a traitor. The dems might have had a chance if they had selected someone who actually cares for the country, instead of someone who cares about pretending to care.

Jenn —- I find it quite curious that the Republicans are attempting any sort of criticism of Kerry’s military record, given who the president is (and the vice-president, for that matter). Wasn’t it Zell Miller who called Kerry an authentic hero…?
And the quote from George Day on the front page of that site is just a laugh:
This man committed an act of treason. He lied, he besmirched our name and he did it for self-interest. And now he wants us to forget.
Think about it: all the rubbish about WMDs, the Saudi business connections, manufacturing a war in Iraq —- he could be talking about George W. Bush!

JH,
Kerry went to Vietnam, while others like Clinton dodged their duty. So, I’ll give him that. He served for four whole months…wooooooo! Ok, ok, he served admirably for four months. (That’s a big assumption, considering what we’ve heard from the men that were on the same boat.) But even if we assume that much, there is no denying, JH, that he came back a traitor. Even you can’t deny that, unless you are just plain stupid. Sure, you can try to divert the issue by bringing up things you dislike about other politicians, but while we are on the topic of Kerry, let’s focus on the fact that he admitted to war crimes. His words, not mine. Shouldn’t he serve time in prison for that? And what about the reputation of the men who were still serving in Vietnam? 99% of them were just good kids who were drafted and didn’t want to be there, but they weren’t baby-killers. 1% of our troops did some horrible things, and they should be tried and sentenced appropriately, but Kerry shouldn’t have besmirched the entire military.
I’m sure you will try to avoid the issue, but one photo of hippie Kerry, throwing his medals away in the “peace” protest is enough for me. He’s a horrible, horrible man.
The sad thing is that the democratic party has many great, honorable men, like my father, who will lead the party to greatness again, but they are currently being shut out by the socialist cabal…even though socialism has been thoroughly discredited. Even in Germany it is failing…poor Shroeder is cutting back many of the social benefits he said would never be touched, and even the french are facing the fact that they might have to increase working hours to 40, like the rest of the world, to stay competitive.
President Bush will win again in November. He is even leading Kerry in California now, according to the LA Times. And when he wins, Kerry will fade into nothingness the way Mondale, Dukakis, and Gore have. heh hehehhhehe heheh ehehh
