Surfacing, decompressing, coming back to earth

There are lots of words that describe the kind of week I’ve had, and they’re all pretty damned good. Saying that and then just adding the word “intense” ought to give you enough of a picture. Most of it’s work related, so I’m not going to talk about it here (separation of church and state and all that) but about half a dozen major threads tightened into place in very promising ways. It was a banner week — I had one breakthrough conversation after another. I found myself thinking “yes” a lot and I noticed a lot of affirmative nodding from those I talked to. The quality of thinking was good. Reception levels were high. The key people around me (in all walks of life) seemed to be firing on all cylinders this week, and the opportunities for engagement were frequent and significant. I can look back on the week and say I rose to most of those occasions. It felt like The Way Became Clear.

Some of the things I can set in motion myself; elsewhere I’ve identified some nice slopes, positioned some medium-sized boulders atop them aimed for what I think will be fascinating trajectories, and now just have to see how motive force is applied from higher up.

Oh, and I’ve got a shitload of writing to do.

So I come back to this site, neglected this last week, and find it in mild disarray. Still more unanswered comments (I know I’m bad at that), and there’s probably spam in there somewhere: I haven’t even caught up yet. Time for some housekeeping. Or maybe a nap first.

I say sleep first. Don't want to work without an appropriate charge after all.

There will be time for rest when you're dead, spill the beans man!

Yeah…could you put your success and enthusiasm into a pill and ship it over to me? Greeeat.

I always wondered who wrote those vague fortune cookies I love so much. It's YOU! :)

Hope the trajectories go your way and that you can let the cat out of the bag some day soon.

Sounds like there´s a lot of exciting things about to happen. Have fun and don´t forget the nap :)
