A 3-panel panorama of the sunset the night before we returned. I really will try to do a larger version (108 KB JPEG) of this because this width doesn’t really do justice to what looked like the the fiery maw of god’s kingdom itself. Update: larger version done.

Is there a slight chance that an even bigger version might be offered? A view like that should be seen at the fullest resolution possible.

Australia showed me some jaw-dropping sunsets last month, but that one beats all I witnessed. Fiery maw, indeed.

Jeremy, does the WA sunset ever get boring? I’ve been fascinated since I’ve returned to the ‘old city’ and have posted my own - far more subdued - sunset on the blog. I’d like to capture a few more to share - it’s such a special part of living in Perth.

“Fiery maw of God’s kingdom”? I think you should limit yourself to the 1000 words in each picture.
