English school for sale

I’m posting this for a friend who is looking to sell her business. With any luck the right person will see this and a mutually good and happy deal will be done.
Small English school in Itabashi for sale. 700,000 yen for full package. Looking for an experienced teacher to take over school located about 6 mins from Tobu Nerima station on the Tobu Tojo line (7th stop from Ikebukuro). Japanese national preferred.
She has about 40 students, mostly kids but some adult classes, too. She hasn’t grown the school larger because she has a two-year-old child who requires all the attention of a two-year-old child. The school, however, is located in an area with lots of large apartment complexes full of young families, so how you would go about growing the school is a no-brainer.
She’s placed an ad in the Japan Times today so check there for details, or, if you’re genuinely interested, get in touch with me and I’ll happily make introductions (I’m not posting contact details because it’s her home number).
